Refund policy
Exchanges are not accepted. Replacement is only offered if your item is defective or damaged. Store credit is offered if the item is damaged once received. It is the customer's job to notify by email within 24hours of delivery confirmation to report damages. Send an email to Bluesociety16@yahoo.com if you have any issues with any item. A claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are only offered if an item has not been shipped yet.Â
